Amix™ Micellar Casein is a flavoured blend of micellar casein processed by ultrafiltration, resulting in an exceptionally smooth texture.
Recommended dosage: Mix 35 g (1 1/2 scoop or 1 sachet) with 300 ml of cold water or low fat milk. Use a blender or hand-held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. Have 1-3 servings daily between meals, depending on daily need of proteins.
