Instructions for use:
People weighing up to 80 kg: Take 1 capsule with 200 ml of water 30-60 minutes before physical activity and 1 capsule with 200 ml of water at night before going to sleep.
People weighing more than 80 kg: Take 2 capsules with 200 ml of water 30-60 minutes before physical activity and 2 capsules with 200 ml of water at night before going to sleep.
