Mr. Popper´s Protein OptiMash is perfect soluble instant protein oat and rice mash for preparing of well tasting shake or porridge. It is wonderful for better growth of muscle mass, containing a combination of two types of protein, whey and milk. This product is excellent for a breakfast but you can consume it during the whole day.
