Mr.Poppers - High Protein Pancakes

Mr. Popper´s High Protein Pancakes are so tasty, light and fluffy. Just add water, stir and pour onto the griddle. With more than twice as much protein compared to traditional pancakes, breakfast has never tasted so good!

Preparation:

1. Blend 3 scoops (60 g) (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 150 ml of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!

2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated griddle.

3. Bake pancakes 60-90 seconds per side or until golden brown, turning only once.

Tip: If you have already the sweety pancakes enough you can try the salty variant from natural flavor, you can add the mixed fresh baby spinach and you get the perfect salty variant.

Tip: For better consistency and smoothness you can add 2 spoons of Cottage cheese to the prepared dough and your pancakes will not be so dry and you´ll get more protein. Bon appetite!!!
