Mr. Popper´s Protein Crepes is a super fine instant powder designed for easy and quick preparation of typical big round omelette with very high content of protein and low content of fat. Our product uses only the high quality ingredients and protein sources such as CFM whey protein isolate with combination of whey protein concentrate as like as milk protein concentrate.
Recommended dosage: 40 g (2 scoops) mix with 100 ml of cold water and stir vigorously if you have a creamy consistency. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add the batter to the pan and bake.
