Iso-Lyn™ Isotonic
Iso-lyn™ Isotonic is a special carbohydrate-electrolyte instant drink which contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise. Phosphorus, Calcium and Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yield metabolism, Magnesium to electrolyte balance and Potassium together with Calcium con-tributes to normal muscle function.
Recommended dosage: Have 1-3 servings daily, depending on daily intensity of physical activity.
- 1. As isotonic drink take 1 scoop (40 g) of powder to 500 ml of water (beverage osmolality: 285-305 m Osm / 1000 ml)
- 2. As hypotonic drink take 1 scoop (40 g) of powder to 750 ml of water
