GreenDay Lute-IN is food supplement contains lutein, which is a natural fat-soluble carotenoid, found in vegetables and fruit, particularly concentrated in green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach and collard greens. You can find it in healthy eyes. It is a yellow pigment classified as common xanthophylls. Xanthophylls play a critical role in the photosynthetic process. Lutein and its isomer, zeaxanthin, often occur together and lutein can be converted to zeaxanthin in the blood serum.
