Glutamine Powder
L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. Makes up more than 60% of the muscular amino acid pool.
Recommended dosage: The basic daily dose is 10 g. Take 5 g approx. 30-60 minutes before training and 5 g immediately after training or before sleep. 1 scoop (5 g) mix with 200-300 ml of water of juice.
