Cluster Dextrin® (highly branched cyclic dextrin) is a source of carbohydrates, obtained from amylopectin through an enzymatic process.
Waxy maize starch is a starch extracted from corn, naturally high in glucose polymer amylopectin. It is commonly used in sports nutrition products as a source of carbohydrates.
NOP-47 is a blend of bioactive whey peptides (from milk), obtained by hydrolysis.
PepForm® Matrix 1:1 is combination of PepForm® BCAA 2:1:1 and PepForm® Leucine Peptides in ratio 1:1. These components are made by a proprietary process that combines free form amino acids to peptides isolated from fresh sweet whey.
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.*
*The beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of carbohydrates from all sources totalling the equivalent of 4 g per kg of body weight, with an intake in doses starting within the first 4 hours after intense and prolonged exercise involving muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in the skeletal muscles, and concluding no later than 6 hours after exercise.
